Our Kitty Book
This is a book I made for holding the pictures we draw of our kitties. Well, mostly for ATCs that Phrixy made me. She tends to draw our kitties for special days, and the first pages in the book are all birthday ones, anniversaries, etc. I know there are more around here, just have to find them and put them in.
The pages are simply folded in half from coloured card stock (5.5×8.5″). There are a few pocket pages as well, with packets of whiskers and items that don’t stick well to pages. The covers are made with cardboard from packaging, covered with tea stained card stock. The pages are thread bound and then also wrapped with the brown fibers that make a nice fringe.
On the front is an image I liked, not made be me, but Phrixy coloured it in to look like our kitties. Thanks to whoever made it, it was purrfect! Phrixy also made wee images of the kitties eyes and faces and attached them to the glass stones affixed to the corners. I used Amazing Goop to stick them down.
Anyhow, there are lots of pages yet to fill! I’m really proud of how this came out. 🙂
